Octavi Intente (Castellar del Vallès, 1959) is an outstanding painter and draftsman from Egarense who, after a first stage as book illustrator, has made numerous solo and group exhibitions in Barcelona, Girona, Madrid, Seville, France, USA, etc. He studied sculpture at the Massana School in Barcelona. His work is present in foundations and museums, among which the Olympic Museum in Lausanne stands out.
